I came to Sara due to changes that started in my body around the age of 50. I gained weight, and I felt that my body was changing and no longer responded as it used to, neither to diet nor in terms of athletic ability. I felt tired, weak, and lost from too many unsuccessful attempts to maintain balanced weight and energy levels.

Sara listened, studied my complaints and my dietary constraints, and very professionally built what was right for me. She provided me with principles that were easy to implement and highly effective. Very quickly, I felt a change. My hunger became balanced. The energy took a little longer, but there, too, an improvement occurred, and following both of those, my performance in training also improved.
